Who is Lax?

Lax is a fashion forward and unique footwear brand, founded in 2013 by footwear designer, Shani Lax. we are based and manufactured in Tel Aviv, Israel.

What’s your beliefs?

We believe in strong and classic creations that are up beat and exciting. we’d love to see you wear your Lax shoes all day long, to work- up lifting your day to day outfit and through the night, giving that extra edge to your night out wardrobe. in fact, our designs aren’t even seasonal and can be worn all year long.

What materials do you use?

Lax shoes are all made from genuine leather. we use the highest quality materials found at local importers buying from Italian suppliers. for this reasons we state that in a few occasions, one or more components can vary and/or maybe substituted with a similar article, in such a case, we will, off course, let you know prior to shipping and let you decide if you wish to continue with your purchase.

How do you produce your shoes?

We produce in small-scale production by a professional crew at a family style workshop in Tel Aviv, which allow us to maintain a personal and hand made approach in our designs. That way our customer is guarantied to have a her own unique style.

Do you care for our plant?

Yes! Lax understands that fashion industry is huge and as for that, often abuses our planet resources - sometimes in the worst possible way. we believe in sustainability, exploit free, pleasant and fun work environment.

Where do you stock?

Currently we stock in boutiques across Israel and California: California: Ruti : San Francisco / Santa Monica / Venice / Berkeley / Palo Alto / NY (coming soon) Tel Aviv: LAX flagship store at Amiad 13, Jaffa flea Market, Tel Aviv. and at Boutique 5, Alma-Banker

I wish to buy one of your shoes but it sold out, what should I do?

If a style you like is sold out – please contact us via E-mail and we will check if or when a new one can be found/ made to order.

How do I measure my foot?

1. Trace your foot by placing your foot on a piece of paper.
2. Place a mark at the end of your heel, and place another mark at the tip of your longest toe.
3. Mark the sides of your foot at the widest part.
4. Measure the heel to toe mark and use the table below to find your size.

I don’t know what’s my EU size, how do I convert it to my local sizes method?
